Zaria Henderson
Founder of Station 95 and CEO of Station 95 PublishingZaria Henderson is the founder of Station 95. She is an artist, writer, and K-12 educator who is passionate about creating work that inspires people to discover a love of reading, learning, and creating.
Inspired by the works of Assata Shakur, Nikki Giovanni, Audre Lorde, and other Black woman thinkers, Zaria writes fiction, non-fiction, and poetry, often centering themes of Black queerness and feminism, love, and community.
Zaria is the author of “Sugar & Spice”, a children’s book series inspired by young Black girls who are discovering confidence, individuality, and of course, friendship. Zaria is also the editor-in-chief of Station 95’s magazine Poetics.
Kwana Botts
Chief Financial OfficerKwana Botts manages all financial aspects of Station 95, and aligns them with the mission and vision of Station 95. With over 35 years of experience at Wells Fargo, Kwana brings financial expertise to her assistance of overseeing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and supporting mission goals.
Kwana is passionate about helping families and children achieve financial literacy, and aims to use Station 95 as a platform for building financial literacy in marginalized communities.
Shaquoya Jones
Visual Media DirectorShaquoya Jones is the co-founder of Rovah Media, a queer-owned multimedia company. Over the past seven years, she has collaborated with nonprofits and individual creators to craft visual stories that resonate and engage audiences.
She is deeply passionate about storytelling and the creative process, shaping concepts, capturing moments, and collaborating with others to turn visions into something tangible. Shaquoya believes that working together can lead to truly meaningful and authentic stories that can change the world.
BB Park
Artistic ContributorBB Park is a Florida-based author inspired by fairy tales and childhood memories. She creates playful stories for kids and the young at heart. When she’s not writing, she enjoys thrifting, exploring new places, and creating content for her YouTube channel, all with the goal of sparking wonder, laughter, and everyday whimsy.
